About Benevolink
Benevolink is a new movement in corporate giving that links individuals, corporations and nonprofit organizations to improve communities. The Benevolink program:

  • Helps consumers give to their favorite charities, including schools, religious, arts and cultural organizations and other causes our consumer members really care about, through the act of shopping
  • Helps businesses increase sales, profits and market share, while forming bonds with consumers
  • Helps charities generate additional, unrestricted revenue on a year-round basis while adding value for their supporters
Now, the simple act of shopping -- when coupled with the power of 'pooled giving' and consumer choice -- creates a win-win-win scenario for consumers, businesses and charitable causes. Our vision is to significantly increase the funding capacity over time for more than one million nonprofit organizations making a difference in their communities across the United States.

Founded in February 2002 by CEO and President Tunstall Rushton, Benevolink is a privately-owned, for-profit company headquartered in Atlanta, GA. The company launched its online program in September 2003, and will be adding 'brick and mortar' retailers in several markets as part of its national rollout to allow consumers to shop both online and in store.

Benevolink Corporation is a for-profit entity responsible for operating and managing the Benevolink program and its online shopping portal, The Marketplace@Benevolink®. The company derives its revenue from the marketing fees it charges participating businesses. The Corporation is incorporated in the state of Delaware; further information and verification of our good standing can be obtained through the Delaware Secretary of State's office.

The Benevolink Foundation is a separate entity from The Benevolink Corporation. The Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization and has a separate board of directors. The purpose of the Foundation is to disburse funds that Benevolink members generate by shopping to charities, schools, cultural and religious organizations.

Trade association memberships include Business Strengthening America, Technology Association of Georgia, Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, Metro Atlanta Corporate Volunteer Council, and others, where we are active members in good standing.

The Benevolink Mission
The Benevolink mission is to bring together consumers, retailers and nonprofits to help all reach their respective goals by enabling consumers to direct corporate giving to the causes they see as worthy. This is what makes Benevolink unique—providing a responsibly progressive means for all groups in the giving community to achieve their objectives. Everyone benefits. Benevolink makes it easy. It's Giving Made Simple.®

The Benevolink Vision
Everyone seems to run short on time or money, perhaps both. But we all have causes that are important to us, that we like to support. Benevolink began with one man’s vision of revolutionizing corporate charitable giving on the premise that American consumers are committed to philanthropy, yet eager to consider new methods for enhancing their giving in ways that are smart and trustworthy. If there were a way to couple the power of aggregation with a democratic process of choice, everyday people could engage in the joy of giving . . . more. That’s why we created Benevolink. We’ve grown to a team of committed people who have shaped this extraordinary concept into an Energetic Giving Community.®

Our service is free, not only for the charities that benefit, but also for consumers. We hope you find the Benevolink experience a useful and satisfying way to engage in a giving community. It’s a new way to look at charitable giving. In fact, it’s giving made simple. More Information
